Ken, who has been with 4 Seasons since 1994, was at the Winthrop’s home in Alpharetta, working in adverse conditions servicing their furnace which was not heating properly.  He took the time to educate the Winthrop's on the benefits of a Preventive Maintenance Agreement to ensure their system was always operating safely, properly, and with the highest efficiency.  Mission Accomplished:  By the time the "Super Storm" hit, the Winthrop's were warm, comfortable, and 100% satisfied because their furnace had been repaired and, because the opted for the Maintenance Agreement, they were unlikely to have any further emergency needs.

Judy, Nicole, and Jeff, who have collectively been with the company for 50 years, were in the office at 4 Seasons, dispatching service professional throughout the city in an effort to keep everyone warm.
